"This coffee was my first natural processed coffee. It was a little tricky to tame the thick, tangy cup I got out of it from a V60, but after trying a weaker ratio. (1:18 instead of 1:16) It was a super interesting and delicious berry-forward experience (I kept getting cranberry). I just wish I would have more left once I found a cup I loved!"
